You may cancel your reservation any time before the scheduled pickup. The cancellation terms depend on your booking type:
- Standard (Non-Prepaid) Reservations: Cancel anytime with no fees. No charges for changes or cancellations before pickup.
- Prepaid Reservations:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: $50 cancellation fee applies.
- No-shows: Full prepaid amount may be forfeited.
No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel and not arriving for pickup may result in charges up to the full rental amount, especially for prepaid bookings.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method. The rules are:
- Full Refund: Prepaid reservations canceled at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Partial Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: refund minus $50 fee.
- No Refund: No-shows or cancellations after pickup time.
3. Modifying a Reservation
You can modify your reservation for pickup date, return date, locations, or vehicle type. Keep in mind:
- Modifications may change the rental rate based on availability and demand.
- Prepaid bookings may require canceling and rebooking, which could incur fees.
- All changes must be made before the scheduled pickup to avoid penalties.
4. How to Cancel or Modify
Options to update your booking:
- Log in to your Carzrentalbooking account and access "My Bookings".
- Use our mobile app for quick changes or cancellations.
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone for assistance.
5. Refund Timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take longer to appear. If you don’t receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact customer support.
6. Additional Terms
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms must follow their policies.
- Seasonal rates, promotions, or regional conditions may affect eligibility.
